There is much more to caring for sick newborns and their families than turning dials on a ventilator or ordering medications. I strive to make meaningful, personal connections to help families navigate one of the most difficult times of their lives.
Dr. Jonathan Palma is a practicing neonatologist who completed clinical training in Pediatrics and Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine at Stanford in 2012, where he remained on faculty until 2021.​ He currently practices at Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital, one of the largest NICUs in the nation.

During his over fifteen-year career in the Newborn Intensive Care Unit, Jon has cared for thousands of premature and sick newborns and their families. A favorite aspect of his profession is sharing his knowledge compassionately with parents facing unexpected challenges during pregnancy or in the newborn period.
